Raw mateiral of heat pack/hand warmer is liquid made of food grade sodium acetate and water, add pigment if you want colored liquid.

Raw mateial of liquid/gel in other liquid filled products is made of propylene glycol, water, antiseptic and pigment and high performance polymers.

All the mateiral is non-toxic, we have MSDS, SGS, CE certificate for you.

If the customer need to update the related certificate for each lot, will offer and charge the test fee accordingly.
